Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your aquisitions. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us if any of the following reasons apply:
- If the product has deteriorated during the delivery.
- Or if the engraved product is wrong from our side. ie; (we have not applied all styles and right fonts as you have requested).
In any of the 2 situations mentioned above, you may return the wrong or faulty product to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Cancellation: You have a maximum of 2 hours to cancel your order/s from the moment you have made your purchase. In order to cancel your order/s simply login to your account and in the left menu > orders, you have a button to cancel the order/s you don’t want or if bought by mistake.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 working days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and within 14 working days mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
