1. How do I place an order?
Firstly find the product you would like to purchase using the search box or browsing through our categories.
Then on the product page, attach the preferred photo (if its a product that require photo engraving).
In the comment box, add the message you would like to be engraved (please check spelling),
add colour choices (if applicable) and click “Add to Basket”; your browser will refresh and the shopping basket at the top right will show your items.
Either go to Shopping Basket for checkout or continue browsing to add more items to your shopping basket.
2. How can I pay?
After you have selected the products you would like to purchase, simply go to shopping basket, displayed on the top right corner, for checkout or view basket.
Select delivery method you prefer and click proceed to checkout.
Enter your personal details and payment information.
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Paypal.
Once completed you will receive an order number and order confirmation by e-mail.
You can also check orders if you created an account at the checkout.
3. How can I create an account?
You can create an account with us at the checkout by ticking the box under the personal information details.
4. When will I receive my order?
We aim to complete the order in 3-4 working days, you will receive an e-mail when your order is complete and dispatched with Royal Mail.
If you choose Standard Delivery (free delivery for orders over £40) this takes 3-5 working days
Special Delivery is next working day (bank holidays and weekends excluded)
International Delivery takes 7-12 working days, depending on the local sort office.
5. How can I cancel my order?
You have a maximum of 2 hours to cancel your order(s) from the moment you have made your purchase.
In order to cancel your order(s) simply login to your account and in the left menu > orders, you have a button to cancel the order(s) you don’t want or purchased by mistake.
